The Executive Committee shall consist of office bearers and other members elected at the annual general meeting.
PROCEEDINGS, POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The committee shall manage the property and affairs of the association in accordance with the constitution and by-laws.
Meetings shall be held as business may require.
MEETINGS
Meetings may include ordinary meetings, annual general meetings and special general meetings.
AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION
Amendment to the constitution must be approved by at least a two-thirds majority and implemented with consent of the registrar of societies.
BRANCHES
Branches may be formed with recommendation of the executive committee and approval by members.
