Any person, member or non-member may file a complaint of misconduct against a member.
A formal complaint is a written statement of facts with supporting evidence. The complaint may be transmitted to the Professional Conduct Committee and the accused member.
If the complaint appears serious, the Executive Committee may review the matter and recommend action.
Possible actions may include dismissal of the complaint, request for additional information, warning, suspension or expulsion from the association.
All matters relating to complaints are confidential until final procedures are completed.
