The office bearers of the association shall be:
1. The Chairman 2. The Vice Chairman 3. The Secretary 4. The Assistant Secretary 5. The Treasurer
DUTIES OF OFFICE BEARERS
THE CHAIRMAN
The Chairman shall preside over meetings and act as spokesperson of the association.
VICE CHAIRMAN
The Vice Chairman shall perform the duties of the Chairman in his absence.
THE SECRETARY
The Secretary shall handle correspondence, consult leadership on urgent matters and keep minutes and records.
THE TREASURER
The Treasurer shall receive and disburse money, issue receipts and maintain financial records.
